Terms of Use
These Terms govern Huddle Pick’em, operated by Redcrows Solutions in Norfolk, Virginia, United States. By checking the registration agreement and creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@huddlepickem.com.
1. What the service provides
Huddle Pick’em provides tools to create and join groups, predict football outcomes, review entries, and calculate group results. Accounts and groups share an underlying sports schedule managed by the app administrator. The service does not collect entry fees, process payments, hold player funds, pay prizes, or guarantee any financial return.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be able to enter a valid agreement under applicable law. Children under 13 may not register. If you are not legally an adult, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission and involvement where required. Supply an email address you control and a display name that does not impersonate someone else. Keep credentials private, use a unique password, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for your use of the account, subject to any protections required by law.
The registration confirmation field checks your password input; it is not email verification. Do not register using another person’s email address. If you cannot accept these Terms, do not create an account.
3. Groups and commissioner authority
A group creator becomes that group’s commissioner. Creating a group does not grant app-wide administrative powers. Commissioners may view member email addresses, remove ordinary members, share or replace invite codes, send invitations, control whether joining is enabled, require or waive member approval, and allow or restrict multiple entries. A commissioner must not misrepresent the app operator or misuse information visible through their role.
Send invitations only to people you have a legitimate reason to invite and who would reasonably expect the invitation. Do not use the invitation feature for unsolicited bulk messages. Codes can be forwarded; possession of an active code may permit joining. Commissioners should replace a compromised code and communicate group rules clearly.
4. Picks, deadlines, and results
The Pool Rules explain the current entry and scoring mechanics and form part of these Terms. You are responsible for saving and submitting complete entries before the displayed deadline. Drafts are not submitted entries. A submission pending review does not count as approved. Commissioners’ own entries and entries in groups without required review are submitted automatically once completed and submitted.
Schedules, imported data, approvals, or scores may contain mistakes or change. The administrator can correct results and score again. Emails and notifications are informational and are not proof that an entry was accepted before the deadline. Use the app’s status and raise concerns promptly.
5. Conduct and permitted use
Use the service for lawful group football predictions. Do not harass users, impersonate others, access groups without authorization, expose private account details, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate results, evade access controls or rate limits, distribute malicious content, or interfere with availability. Do not use automated requests in a way that burdens the service or extracts information you are not authorized to access. Report security concerns privately through support.
You must have rights to any names or other content you submit. You give Redcrows Solutions permission to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the service and show group participation and results. You retain any underlying rights you have; this permission is not a claim of ownership of your personal information.
6. Payments and outside arrangements
The app itself offers no payment, escrow, payout, or prize-administration service. Any arrangement people make outside the app is their separate responsibility and is not approved, guaranteed, enforced, or insured by Redcrows Solutions. Availability of a group or results page is not a statement that an outside contest or financial arrangement is lawful. Do not use the service in violation of laws applicable to you or your group.
7. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy describes data practices, group visibility, retention, and privacy requests. Registration acceptance is agreement to these Terms and acknowledgment of that notice; it is not a blanket consent to unrelated uses of personal information. Account and participation events generate service emails. You may disable reminder and results emails in preferences. Disabling emails does not extend a deadline.
8. Availability and changes
We may change features, correct errors, perform maintenance, or interrupt the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery of every email, or perfect sports data. Where practical, material changes affecting ongoing participation should be communicated. Preserve your own records if you need independent evidence of submissions or discussions.
9. Restrictions and account closure
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, unauthorized activity, security risks, or violations of these Terms. Contact support to ask for review of a restriction. A signed-in user can permanently delete an account from Account info after confirming the current password. Groups with remaining members are transferred to another member; empty groups are deleted. Closing an account does not erase emails already delivered to other people or information that must lawfully be retained.
10. Intellectual property and third parties
The app’s code, design, and branding are protected to the extent provided by law. Team names, logos, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Huddle Pick’em is not represented as affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or its teams. Links and sports data references do not transfer responsibility for a third party’s services or privacy practices to us.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without promises that every feature, score, notification, or data import will be error-free or fit a particular purpose. Redcrows Solutions does not guarantee competition outcomes, group conduct, or fulfillment of off-platform arrangements. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings, or set an invented monetary liability cap.
12. Disputes and applicable law
First raise group-specific approval questions with your commissioner. Contact support for app-wide errors, access issues, or disputes that need operator review. Include the group, week, entry number, and a clear explanation without sending passwords. These Terms are governed by Virginia law to the extent permitted, while preserving mandatory protections and forum rights available under applicable law. No exclusive forum is imposed by this text.
13. Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms and will identify the revision date. Material changes should be brought to users’ attention, with renewed agreement where required. A new version does not retroactively record acceptance for existing accounts. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Contact Redcrows Solutions at support@huddlepickem.com for questions.
